Is there an extra charge for nights or weekends?
No. There's no after-hours, weekend or holiday surcharge. Whatever time we come out, you pay the rate you were quoted.
How long has Dilling been in business?
Since 1955, and it has been family run that whole time. We still work out of one shop in Bensalem and serve Bucks and Montgomery Counties from it.
Are you licensed and insured in Pennsylvania?
Yes. We're licensed, insured and bonded in Pennsylvania. Our contractor registration is HIC# PA174141, which anyone can look up in the Pennsylvania Attorney General's home improvement contractor registry.
What happens on the first visit?
A comfort advisor comes out, measures the rooms, checks the existing equipment and ductwork, and asks what is and isn't working about the way the house feels now. You get the options in writing with a price on each one before anyone leaves. Nothing is ordered or scheduled until you say so.
Will you service a system you didn't install?
Yes. Most of the repair work we do is on equipment somebody else installed. We service all major brands, and who installed it doesn't change what we charge or how quickly we come out.
