Important: All estimates generated by our online tool are non-binding and subject to change. Final pricing is determined only after an in-home evaluation by a licensed comfort advisor and will be provided in a written proposal prior to any work beginning.

3. Estimate Disclaimer

Estimates provided through our quote tool are based on regional averages and the information submitted by you. Actual costs may vary based on:

• Final on-site measurements and conditions.
• Local building code requirements and permit fees.
• Equipment availability and supply chain conditions.
• Additional work identified during the in-home evaluation (e.g., electrical upgrades, duct modifications).
• Any other site-specific factors not captured in the online form.

No work will begin until you have reviewed and signed a written proposal confirming the final price.

4. Licensing & Compliance

Dilling Air Conditioning & Heating holds all required state and local licenses to perform HVAC work in the State of Pennsylvania. All work is performed in compliance with Pennsylvania Building Code, EPA Section 608 refrigerant handling regulations, and applicable local ordinances. Permits are pulled as required by law.

5. Communications Consent

By submitting your contact information through our quote tool or any web form, you consent to receive phone calls, emails, and SMS text messages from Dilling Air Conditioning & Heating related to your inquiry and our services. 6. Payment Terms

Unless otherwise stated in your written proposal:

• A deposit may be required upon signing of the installation agreement.
• Final payment is due upon completion of the installation.

7. Workmanship Warranty

We stand behind our work. Dilling Air Conditioning & Heating provides a 1-year workmanship warranty on all installations and repairs performed by our technicians, covering defects in installation labor. Equipment manufacturer warranties apply separately and vary by brand and model.

Warranties are void if equipment is serviced, modified, or tampered with by unauthorized parties, or if damage results from misuse, neglect, power surges, or acts of nature.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Pennsylvania law, Dilling Air Conditioning & Heating shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of our online tools or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

9. Cancellation & Rescheduling

You may cancel or reschedule your in-home comfort advisor visit at any time at no charge by contacting us at least 4 hours in advance. Cancellation of a signed installation agreement may be subject to terms specified in that agreement.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Dilling Air Conditioning & Heating and is protected by applicable copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written consent.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Montgomery County, Pennsylvania.

Advertised promotions, discounts, rebates, financing offers, and warranty promotions are subject to specific eligibility requirements, equipment restrictions, and expiration dates. Financing is subject to credit approval by a third-party lender; rates, terms, and monthly payment examples vary by applicant and equipment selected. Savings amounts are maximums, not guarantees.
